What is the shipping fee?Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.

Denmark 49 DKK and up
Europe 70 DKK and up
USA & Canada 180 DKK and up
International 190 DKK and up

What is the estimated delivery timeline?

Denmark
In general, it takes 2-3 working days to get your package received to your home address.

EU
In general, it takes 3-5 working days to get your package received to your home address.*

USA & Canada
We use EMS shipping (express shipping), it takes 5-7 working days to get your package received to your home address, depends on the transit time.*

Rest of the world
In general, it takes 10-12 working days to get your package received to your home address, depends on the transit time.*

EXPRESS SHIPPING
If DHL express shipping applicable when you check out, then it takes 2 working days to get your package received to your home address. and 3-5 working days if you are in Australia or New Zealand.**Delivery time may extend 1-2 days if you live in a small city.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

Inside Denmark
Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out

Outside Denmark
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Zafeer does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

How do I find my order number?
If you have a Zafeer account, simply log in and select “Dashboard”. There, you can find the order number! If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.

Can I cancel/update my order?
If your order has not been shipped, please reach out to us at Contact@zafeer.dk with your order number and the details on the change.
once the order is shipped, we are not able to edit the order.

How can I track my order?
First, log into your Mejuri account at any time and select "Dashboard" then click on your order number, there you can find "Track shipment" link.

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visecard, MasterCard and Paypal. If you are facing any problems with the previous three payment methods please contact us at Contact@zafeer.dk

How is refund processed?
